Anyone working with biblical manuscripts already knows the Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts (CSNTM). For years, their team has traveled the globe to capture high-quality images of the manuscripts we all rely on, making them freely accessible and doing so with remarkable generosity and collegiality.
After years of development, CSNTM has now launched its brand-new Digital Manuscript Collection interface, live at collections.csntm.org. As they explain:
“This platform offers enhanced functionality, increased flexibility, and the ability to host a broader range of manuscripts and resources that will be added in coming months. Whether you are a scholar, student, or someone passionate about biblical studies, this database will undoubtedly serve as an essential resource for New Testament manuscript research and discovery for years to come.”
We at CRBMI are delighted to share the news and look forward to seeing how this new platform serves the scholarly community as we continue studying the Bible and its transmission across the centuries.
